Boo the yeti is not really a people-person. He's shy and prefers a cosy night in his cave over going out to a dinner date. He might look a bit scary, but beneath all that fur, there's a warm heart. Boo would love to warm his feet by your stove and listen to your stories. He's also the best at giving big yeti-hugs.

Boo is made with fury yarn, which can be a bit getting used to if you have not worked with this yarn before. That is why I made this video on Youtube:

Pip the Bunny amigurumi crochet pattern

Crochet a very cute bunny with this fun Bunny Crochet pattern!
Perfect as a easter decoration or a cute gift for a bunny lover.

I used catania yarn, but it will look cute in any yarn. In catania yarn and 2.5 mm crochet hook it will turn out 6 inch / 14 cm in height. But if you use a thicker yarn with a larger crochet hook it will turn out much larger! Just pick a yarn and use the smallest crochet hook mentioned on the label of the yarn.

Penguin amigurumi crochet pattern

Another crochet pattern! My newest amigurumi crochet pattern is a penguin.
It is the same design as my penguin sewing pattern.

I made about 6 penguins untill I was happy with the look. It took some time, but I think it was worth it. Hope you like it! You can use any yarn for this project, I used a 2.5 mm hook and catania yarn. If you use a thicker yarn you will get a larger penguin.

Whale amigurumi crochet pattern

Last year I started with creating Crochet Amigurumi Patterns from my Sewing Pattern designs.

This is so much fun to do.

What I like about crochet is that you can do it everywhere! A crochet hook is very small and fits in a small bag with same cotton yarn. I bring my crochet work everywhere. You never know when you have a moment to crochet!

I also made a crochet pattern of my most populair sewing pattern, the whale.

review kyuuto japanese crafts

During my kids summer holiday I started crocheting again.

My sons picked out a very cute dog pattern from the book: Kyuuto! Japanese crafts Amigurumi. A very cute crochet book with lots of cute amigurumi's!

It was a shame that there was a mistake in the book. The arm pattern wasn't correct.
But luckily I knew how to fix it. Just made the arms longer then the pattern in the book untill they looked like the photo.

It is still a very cute amigurumi book, I can recommend it.
The patterns are very easy to follow.

My sons picked out the colors for the dogs. The brown one is for my oldest son (5) and the very colorful one is for the youngest (3)
